intandem Mentoring @ YMCA Kirkcaldy

Intandem is Scotland's mentoring programme for young people that are looked after at home. The programme is funded by the Scottish Government and delivered nationally by Inspiring Scotland in partnership with 12 charities across the country.

Intandem provides volunteer mentors for young people aged 7-15 who are described as Looked After at Home or in a Kinship Care arrangement throughout Fife.

Intandem matches young people with trained volunteers based on common interests and supports them to build a positive, trusting and supportive relationship.

Intandem volunteer mentors spend time with the young person once a week in their local community doing something that they both enjoy.
